This will be the fourth year of this rather popular twist on the traditional Burns Night celebration. The kilted Beverage Overlord, Dez, likes to shake it up Alchemists-style, combining the great bard's poetry with a guided cocktail and whisky tasting, traditional food and a tailor-made set-list of Scottishness from Ian O’Sullivan and the House Band.
